Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable. Each credential is tied to the attendee's email and QR code. Contact us for name change requests.
Is there parking available?
Complimentary valet parking is available for VIP ticket holders. General admission guests will receive parking instructions via email.
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, tickets can be credited toward future BVM+ events.
How do I access my ticket?
After purchase, your digital credential with QR code will appear in your attendee dashboard. You'll also receive it via email. Show the QR at the door for entry.
